TVIWSP - FREE Workshops

The Tees Valley InWork Support Project has developed several workshops to raise awareness within businesses of the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Agenda.
Following the TVIWSP launch event several businesses have already booked places to attend the workshops however there are places still available in all the LA areas. Maximum places for each workshop is 12 (would prefer no more than 2 reps from each business). The workshops are FREE to the businesses and if the business owner is unable to attend the workshops could be used as a staff development opportunity.
Businesses already booked on the workshops are as follows:
· 5 – Hartlepool: Hart Biological, Ords Printers, Tackle signs (NE) Ltd, NETE, HBC Health Improvement Specialist (Steven Carter)
· 1 – Stockton: Brulines
· 4 – Middlesbrough: NETE x 2, Crimewatch Safeguard, Redhall Engineering, Hemlington Detached Youth Project
· 1 – Redcar: Geocore
· 0 - Darlington
For your information I have attached the promotional leaflet for the workshops and wondered if it was possible for each area to contact any businesses (via email/fax/tel, etc.) that you are working with to encourage their attendance? Its unfortunate the Project Officers are not in post as this would have been an ideal opportunity to familiarise themselves with the business community.
