Overview / Project Aims:

Engageing with and Registering and supporting clients from accross most ward areas of middlesbrough, to reduce the number of people who are out of work by providing the greatest possible access to appropriate employment opportunities for residents.
To provide a service to clients registered, matching them to suitable sustainable employment opportunities and supporting them to successfully meet the employers requirements and expectations. Providing a robust aftercare provision (mentoring) for those clients who are successfully placed in sustainable employment.
