Overview / Project Aims:

At PeopleServe we run an E2E Programme for 16-19 yr olds where we offer courses that consist of Employability Skills and also Life Skills. We also deliver NVQ Level 1 in IT, Customer Service, Business Admin and Contact Centre aswell as Basis Skills, Career Planning, Preparation for Employment. We offer the chance to gain Nationally recognised qualifications at the same time as training in a real live work placement, as well as support with being integrated back into College.

Aswell as this we run the Train to Gain Project offering businesses the chance to train the workforce whilst learning. Volunteers and employees can achieve NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service, Customer Care, Contact Centre, ITQ, Business Administration. This is a government funded project.
